Our menu changes with the seasons—from classic naturally leavened sourdough to small-batch preserves made with local fruit and thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

Every loaf is handcrafted using our century-old San Francisco sourdough starter, our signature blend of organic white and whole wheat flour, purified water, and unrefined mineral salt. We always bake in small batches because exceptional bread cannot be rushed.
